Gold HR Retainer

The Gold HR Retainer is for committed professionals who want to move forward on resolving their human resources issues. With this retainer, we schedule six 30-minute HR strategy calls per month, to identify what human resources issues might be top of mind and of highest priority. We include up to four virtual or onsite visits per month, too.  In addition, we roll up our sleeves and get in the trenches with you for up to an additional six hours per month on any human resources topics or issues that are relevant for you. This is our most popular program and creates the best results, by far, because you simply have more time with us and more guidance to work through the issues and get the work done.

Silver HR Retainer

The Silver HR Retainer is for independent, self-starters who want to take consistent action on the various human resources elements required in their workplace and who feel that they don’t need to speak each week to get those tasks completed. With this option, we schedule three 45-minute strategy calls per month to get you moving quickly, stay on track and eliminate obstacles currently in your way so that you can see progress each month. You also receive two virtual or onsite visits per month to help you with any HR need you may have. Some clients prefer that we facilitate employee meetings, or on-boarding processes.  The services are supported by fours hours per month of task delegation, labor law updates and access to HR forms and templates, as needed.

Bronze HR Retainer

The Bronze HR Retainer is designed to provide those busy professionals who are unable to make time for human resources, a small sense of relief by having some support and guidance during the month. This retainer includes bi-weekly calls and is supported by three hours per month of HR task delegation. We take duties off your plate so you can focus on other important business matters. 

Retainers are designed to provide you support when you need it and in the areas that you need it most. We pride ourselves on being able to pinpoint the activities that are going to make the most difference in your workplace and we know that we can provide the HR support you need each month.
